Having a passion for creating the “magic moments”, Trisha started this business with Nicole with the belief that every bride deserves to feel like a princess.  Her dream is to help design such a fairytale for every woman, knowing that the perfect day is in the details.  Her creative strength is driven by a romantic style paired with enthusiasm for color to create lovely designs, and is the perfect combination to help every bride feel lovely on her wedding day.

Trisha earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University, and is currently attending classes for her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership.  In her free time, Trish coaches an all-star cheerleading program, and on the weekends gets to be the soccer mom for her son, Aidan.  Trisha resides in Wilmington.

Once would have described herself as "retro modern chic", but was most recently told she had a flair for the vintage!  “I like bold colors, strong contrasts, and patterns. I always look for something different,” says Nicole. “I am not afraid to blend different styles – modern can co-exist with vintage, traditional can mingle with elements that are more funky and off-beat.” She lives by the rule that if your showing a lot of leg, then you might want to cover up the top!  She feels that her events should have the same feel.

Nicole attended the University of Delaware while majoring in Fashion Merchandising and just currently received her Wedding Planning Certification from the Wedding Planning Institute in the Spring of '09.

Nicole has experience in restaurant and beverage management during her  8 year tenure at Delaware Park Race Track & Slots. During her free time Nicole enjoys shopping, decorating, and taking in the breathtaking views of the Brandywine River with her puppy, Cooper. Nicole currently resides in the City of Wilmington.

There were countless days of tossing e-mails and ideas back and forth, not to mention the endless sleepless nights trying to find the perfect name for our business that reflected who "we" are. Something two words, three syllables. Something cute. Something sweet. And then one night in bed I thought of "lovely", and immediately pulled out the laptop and Wikipedia’d the definition. And there it was... \lev-lé\ : having beauty that appeals to the emotions as well as to the eye. All of things that we envision make for the perfect wedding or event. So, that is the story of how Trisha and Nicole became the "LovelyGirls".
